DEUTERONOMY, the 5 th book of the Pentateuch, not only rehearsed the history of Israel since Sinai and the statutes which concerned the people, but also forced Israel to confront the promises of blessings and cursings for obedience OR disobedience. About 1,400 years before the manifestation of Israel’s Messiah, Israel’s God promised “to establish thee an holy people unto himself…..if thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord they God.”. He not only promised them loads of blessings for obedience, but He also promised them a series of curses for disobedience to His simple commandments. You MUST read this list of judgments in Deut:28-15,68 and then learn from Israel’s history of disobedience, that all of the Fathers pronouncements came true. About 1,400 years before it happened, Israel’s God made the amazing prophecy that because of Israel’s disobedience, “a nation of fierce countenance’ (Rome) would come against Israel and that in the straitness wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee…when he shall besiege thee , thou shalt eat the flesh of thy sons and daughters” ( Про 1400 лет, прежде чем это произошло, Израиль Бог сделал удивительное пророчество о том, что, поскольку Израиль неповиновения, "нация ожесточенных поддерживать" (Рим) придет в отношении Израиля и что в стеснении, которою врагов твоих будет бедственном положении, когда тебя… он должен besiege тебя, ты будешь есть плоть сынов твоих и дочерей "( Deut 28-49,54 ). This terrible prophecy from the God of Israel came true with startling accuracy when Rome besieged Jerusalem in AD70, and some residents of Jerusalem succumbed to cannibalism, trying to survive.

In AD 70 and again in AD 135, Rome had the same impulse as does Islam today. They wanted to destroy the whole Jewish entity and denude Jerusalem and the Land, of the presence of every Jew. To accomplish this end Rome firstly slew over a million Jews and then sent most of the remainder out of the land into captivity among the nations. Deut 28:68 made the amazing prediction that ‘the Lord will bring thee into Egypt again with ships…..and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy thee”. History reveals that Rome flooded the slave markets of Egypt with Jews, so much so that often no one bid for them for there were so many of them and thus they were of no value.

In Deuteronomy 28:63-64 the Lord God of Israel told His people that “because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the Lord thy God…..ye shall be plucked from off the land. And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other (end of the earth”.
The Assyrian captivity took the Jews to the north east and north of Israel, even as far as Russia. The Babylonian captivity took the Jews east to Iraq and down in to India and even as far east as China. The Roman captivity sent the Jews into Africa and Europe, from whence they migrated into all lands of the world. Look in the phone books of many nations today, either in the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere, either to the east or the west, and you will find the names of Jews of this 21 st century The God of Israel prophesied He would scatter His people ‘among all people from end of the earth unto the other”. This prophecy was fulfilled with unerring accuracy.

We read in Genesis 17:8 that Israel’s God promised Abraham and his seed through Isaac, ( Genesis 17:19 ) the Land of Canaan for an everlasting possession. This prophecy could never be fulfilled whilst ever that ’seed’ languished in the lands of its enemies, and thus the Lord told Israel that the day would come when He would gather the whole host of Israel from the four corners of the earth and return them to the land He had promised them for an everlasting possession. “The Lord thy God….will gather thee from all the nations wither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee….and bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed and thou shalt possess it, and the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon them that hate thee, which persecuted thee” ( Deuteronomy 30:3-7 ) That ‘gathering’ started in the 1400’s, accelerated in the 1900’s, continues today, and there are now millions of Jews in their own land., possessing it, but surrounded by people who hate them and persecute them

ARE YOU READY FOR THE LORD’S COMING AND HIS KINGDOM?
Ever since the Lord Jesus preached and taught the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, ( Matt 4:23 ), teachers and Churches have gradually moved away from Jesus’ teaching, replacing it with ‘another Gospel’ which deludes the mind and leads people from the simple truth.

The Lord Jesus prepared his discerning servants for a Kingdom on the earth, teaching them to pray, “They kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven” ( Matt 6:10 ) Biblically uneducated teachers and preachers have blatantly destroyed Jesus’ teaching, One Church writes in its catechism,” The Church helps us to grow in His life until we reach its fulness in heaven……everyone who reaches heaven, does so by God’s grace”, thus preparing men and women for a future life in heaven, whereas the Bible clearly teaches “The meek shall inherit the earth”. ( Matt 5:5 )

The Jews of Jesus’ day had been prepared for a future kingdom on the earth by their prophet Daniel who wrote of a time in the future when the God of heaven would set up a kingdom which would take over all the kingdoms of the earth and ‘it shall stand for ever” ( Daniel 2:44 )

This is the kingdom the Lord Jesus spoke of in Rev 5:10 , where He speaks of people out of “every kindred and tongue and people and nation” being made kings and priests and “we shall reign on the earth”.

The Apostle Paul was allowed to see into the future and he wrote of the Lord Jesus descending from heaven at some time in the future, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout.” ( 1 Thess 4:16 ), echoing the simple words of the Lord Jesus in Matthew 16:27 , ” The Son of man shall come in the glory of His Father…he shall reward every man according to his works”

60 years later the Lord Jesus caused John to write in the Revelation, “Behold I come quickly and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” That reward is eternal life. ( Rom 6:23 ).
Thus we see with startling clarity, from the Bible, that the Father through His word of truth and indeed, through the words of His son, prepared men and women down through the ages for the second coming of the Lord Jesus and the Kingdom of God on the earth. CF 5-08

ITEM 1. WE MADE A VERY BAD ERROR:
In our last Report we made two grave errors. The first was in claiming that Abraham’s wife Sarah gave birth to Ishmael, which of course is completely false. Hagar was the mother of Ishmael . As well, for some strange reason we claimed that Sarah gave birth to a second son. This too is false as Sarah had only one child, Isaac the son of promise.. We regret the errors, although we doubt that we led anyone astray!

ITEM 2. THE REVELATION DVD MOVIE DISK:
We thought it would be easy for ‘these amateurs’ to create our special movie DVD, but have found that it wasn’t so easy. However. we have got on top of the problems and at this moment the disk is in the hands of one of our supporters who is ironing out a few remaining small troubles. Sorry to be so long but SOOON…..By the way, we are still accepting orders.

ITEM 4 THE PASSING OF ANOTHER WONDERFUL SERVANT OF THE LORD
We were saddened to learn of the passing of another faithful servant of the Lord earlier this year. Eleanor Ameral of San Diego passed away after a long battle with sickness and we mourn with those who mourn, but yet rejoice in the hope of the resurrection. of those in Christ
Eleanor was a wonderful supporter of the GPL over many years and her help and assistance will be sorely missed.

CONCLUSION: Again we sincerely thank the few for their help with the GPL finances. Unfortunately it is an ongoing problem and humbly ask your help in financing this vital small service
