SYRIA:

On Oct 12 Syrian officials conducted international media around a site they claim was the recent bombing site by Israel “There was no raid here…we heard nothing!” (Meid) Un-named sources in USA and Israel confirm the raid was on a nuclear site (Meid) A report on Oct 17 says that a Syrian official has confirmed the recent Israeli air strike was on a nuclear facility! (D Alert) Israel showed detailed photos of the plant, taken by ‘their man inside’ , to USA, before the strike (Arutz) A report on Oct 26 says Syria has totally dismantled the site in an attempt to prove it never existed (Meid) USA has promised Syria that the Golan will be on the agenda at Annapolis. EGYPT:

On Oct 15 Egyptian police arrested 2 men after finding 2 tunnels into Gaza containing weapons, heroin and medicine (Meid) The Moslem Brotherhood in Egypt hold 88 seats in the Parliament, about 1/5 th and they call for a “Civic Islamic State”. (D Alert) Egypt announced on Oct 29 it plans to build several nuclear power plants (Arutz) Egypt claimed on Nov 13 they had destroyed 60 smuggling tunnels and seized about 20,000 tons of explosives in the last 10 months. TERRORISM:

2 wanted Is. Jihad terrorists were killed in Jenin on Oct 23 & 6 arrested. Another 13 were arrested in Judea/Samaria (Meid) 2 Is. Jihad militants were killed in Jenin on Oct 23 and a rocket firing terrorist was killed in an air strike on a car in central Gaza. (Meid) Explosives being handled by militants in a Gaza house exploded prematurely, killing 2 women and a child. (Ha’aretz) For the 3 rd time in 18 months, a synagogue north of Ramallah has been burned down by PA Arabs. (Arutz) Jewish owned vineyards in Samaria were partly destroyed on Oct 26 by foreign activists & Arabs, inc 3 women from England, who were arrested. (Arutz) Fugitive Hams bombmaker Muhammad Deif stated late Oct that the terror militia is planning an attack that will hit in the heart of Israel! (Meid) A report on Oct 31 reveals that Hizb’Ballah has tripled it arsenal of land-to-sea missiles, all of which could reach Tel Aviv. They have also established an anti-aircraft unit armed with surface to air missiles! (Meid) On Oct 28 Mr Abbas claimed Hamas is plotting to take over the West Bank! (Meid) The PA is warning Syria against their proposed 2 day Hamas led conference on Nov 7 in Damascus. (Meid) An Abbas-PA-Fatah TV station is promising the elimination of the Israeli State even as Abbas talks ‘peace’ with Israel !!!(Meid) Hamas is building a network of observation posts bunkers and forces along the Gaza border with Israel (D Alert) On Nov 4 PA security forces successfully confronted Al Aqsa militants in a refugee camp at Balata, near Nablus (Meid) Thousands of Pals in and around Jerusalem are seeking Israeli citizenship to escape a possible life under the PA. (D Alert) On Nov 7 a tunnel under the Gaza-Egypt border collapsed trapping 3 smugglers (Meid) As Hamas braces for an Israel incursion into Gaza, a leading Hamas figure said on Nov 9 “Whoever enters Gaza will leave it in pieces..we also intend to take over the West Bank” (Meid) A report says that the PA gov. in Shechem has had the PA controlled burnt out and vandalised site of Joseph’s tomb cleaned out!! RUSSIA:

During a recent visit to Russia on Oct 18, Mr Olmert pressed Mr Putin on the urgency of preventing Iran from becoming a nuclear state (Meid) Mr Olmert revealed on Oct 23 that Russia has decided not to supply nuclear fuel to Iran. (D Alert) A report on Oct 26 says that China is to supply Iran with 24…J-10 fighter jets modelled on the old Israeli Lavi fighter, with a range of 2,940 klms ((Meid)

 

ISLAM:

The Arab League Secty Musa has stated that Arab countries oppose talks with Israel, “They swallow things and never give anything”!! (Meid) The former Mufti of Jerusalem says there never was a Jewish Temple on the Mount, but the Supreme Muslim Council in 1930 confirmed that the history of Solomon’s Temple on the mount is beyond dispute!!! (Meid)

 

EU-UN:

A report on Oct 12 shows the UN calling for Fatah and Hamas to reconcile! (Meid) A report on Oct 17 says that John Dugard of the UN Human Rights Comm. has called on the UN to quit the Quartet if the UN does not address the (alleged) human rights violations by Israel! LEBANON:

A recent report reveals Hizb’Allah is moving back into South Lebanon and the Lebanese army and UNIFIL is doing nothing about it!! (D Alert) On Oct 25 & Nov.1 Lebanese ground units fired on IAF planes over south Lebanon as they checked on weapons smuggling routes. SAUDI ARABIA:

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia recently visited Britain as guest of the Queen. The British press went into an anti-Saudi frenzy and people jeered the King . ‘Inadvertently’ the Saudi flag was hung upside down in the Mall. (D Alert)
